NO RETURNS
Unfortunately, there are no returns or exchanges on our monogrammed items. When any item is embroidered, we cannot undo the stitching. Therefore, that item is no longer able to be reused.
We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the wrong size or you don't like the color threat you chose. It is very important to follow direction when placing any order and double check that everything is correct in checkout.
If there is a mistake on our end, we will be glad to send you a new corrected item or offer you a refund. If we have made a mistake, please contact us ASAP. Your item will only be remade/refunded if you have contacted us within 5 days of receiving your item.
